Today’s generation is losing some of the earth’s most beloved creatures to extinction. African Dream, a new illustrated children’s book by Tyan Wyss, shows how the African animals may soon disappear and teaches children how to help preserve the wildlife.

Eye-catching ilustrations educate readers on the survival of animals that are losing to the greed and ignorance of mankind.

Wyss has been a writer since the age of 14. Educated at the University of California with a degree in literature, she has taught for 25 years. She has lived in Saudi Arabia, Russia and South Africa, and is currently a fourth grade teacher who writes in her spare time. She now lives with her husband and two children in Johannesburg, South Africa.

African Dream is available in softcover (ISBN 1-58939-915-3) from Virtualbookworm.com, Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.com. The book can also be ordered from most bookstores around the United States and the United Kingdom. More information can be found at www.tyanwyssbooks.com.
