How do you capture the beauty and imagination of a child’s dream? In Nightflyer, a new illustrated children’s book by Tyan Wyss, a young boy finds adventure and escape through his nightly dreams.

Leaving home while his body remains asleep, the boy soars through the night sightseeing landmarks and experiencing wonders and adventures. As dawn approaches, he must return home to his bed and reality. Beautifully illustrated and written in gentle rhyme, the book provides an escape for any child who strives to dream.

Wyss has been a writer since the age of 14. Educated at the University of California with a degree in literature, she has taught for 25 years. She has lived in Saudi Arabia, Russia and South Africa, and is currently a fourth grade teacher who writes in her spare time. She now lives with her husband and two children in Johannesburg, South Africa. This is her second children’s picture book.

Nightflyer is available in softcover (ISBN 1-58939-916-1) from Virtualbookworm.com, Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.com. The book can also be ordered from most bookstores around the United States and the United Kingdom. More information can be found at tyanwyssbooks.com.
